Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Same day delivery is currently unavailable for international orders.

International shipping costs range from $40 USD to $50 USD, depending on the destination country.
Free shipping is no longer available, under any condition.

Once order is processed and ready to ship, another email will be sent directly from our shipping
partner DHL with tracking number and estimated delivery date.
In the case of any delays or issues regarding your order, you will be notified by email.
We do not deliver to PO Box or Freight Forwarder addresses. Orders to these addresses will be cancelled.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in different deliveries, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails.

to arrange in-store pick up if item is available in stores only in Caracas, Venezuela.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Pre-order items take between 5-10 business days to produce, process and ship.

to verify if the item is available in one of our stores or if it can be made by our production team.
We will notify you by email as soon as possible.
We daily monitor stock levels on the Online Store, but sometimes some items may not be available at the time of purchase.
This is extremely rare but if it occurs you will be notified via email and we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
SALES & RETURN POLICY
Final sales are final, no returns or exchanges accepted. Gift cards are final sale and have an expiration date of 3 months. Sales in store are not valid online and viceversa.
To request an exchange or return, please send an email to gaviotaswimwearclub@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Exchange Request’ or ‘Return Request,’
depending on your case. Be sure to send the desired items for exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include the following details:

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days after merchandise is received and returned within 7 days. Items returned outside of their respective period will not
be accepted. The customer must send the desired items to return or exchange to the following address using the preferred carrier, fully paid. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.
RETURN ADDRESS:

Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. The articles must not have been used in photo shoots,
Instagram posts, in any social network, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging sent with your order must be returned in perfect condition.
Once the items are received in our showroom, our team will process the return or exchange within 1-5 business days and reserves the right to accept or
reject if the items do not meet the above requirements. If these do not meet the requirements, the customer will be informed by email and the items will be returned.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and the voucher to use on future purchases with a maximum use period of 30 calendar days, effective from the day the voucher is approved and sent. This voucher must be used on products available during that period with no exceptions.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Lycra is a delicate fabric that requires special care. To preserve the beauty, color, and elasticity of your swimwear, please follow these care guidelines:
After Each Use
Rinse immediately with cool, fresh water after swimming to remove salt, chlorine, sunscreen, and body oils.
Do not soak your swimwear for long periods.
Washing
Hand wash only with mild soap or gentle detergent in cool water.
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh detergents, as they can damage the fibers and elasticity.
Avoid wringing or twisting — gently press out excess water.
Drying
Lay flat to dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources (sun, dryer, or radiator), which can fade colors and weaken the fabric.
Do not tumble dry.
Avoid hanging your swimwear by the straps, as this can stretch the fabric over time.
Storage
Store your swimwear flat or gently folded in a cool, dry place.
Make sure it is completely dry before storing to prevent mold or odor.
Avoid keeping it in plastic bags or damp environments for extended periods.
Additional tips
Be cautious with rough surfaces (like pool edges, decks, or concrete) — contact may cause pilling or snagging.
Avoid contact with tanning oils, sunscreen, and deodorants, as they can stain or damage delicate Lycra.
Some bright or neon colors may fade slightly with prolonged sun or chlorine exposure — this is a natural characteristic of delicate swim fabrics.
